Landlords are required to arrange an annual gas safety check and inspection of gas appliances at their property every 12 months. Our gas safe registered engineers can arrange an appointment at your convenience to attend and check pipework, appliances and flues are safe for use and meet the minimum standards set out by UK gas safety regulations.

Your gas boiler will be serviced in line with the manufacturers recommendations by a registered gas engineer. Carrying out an annual service as part of your property maintenance will help keep your boiler running economically and safely, you can catch any problems early, increase the lifetime of the boiler and help your tenants save money on their heating bills.

Once the engineer has completed a safety check a gas safety certificate will be issued digitally. Landlords must ensure this is provided to the tenants and with our Good Landlord service you can upload to the portal and share with all tenants on the property record.

If you have a warranty on your boiler then an annual service will protect any guarantee.
