You should check your current annual income is correct before proceeding with any application. We will ask for your personal income and any other household income and these figures should be gross (before tax and other deductions).

We request all applicants complete the process within 3 working days.

This means that they must submit the full application and provide details, contact information or documents required to verify what they have declared and assess suitability.

We use partners with open banking connections and links to HMRC to speed up the verification process for income and letting references to assess regular rent payments. This is a tenant choice but using this can reduce time spent on checks to 1 working day.

Where a tenant does not carry out all required steps within 3 days you will be notified.

You will need to register for an account or login to an existing account. As a minimum you will be asked to self declare your credit status, who would be living in the property and also your annual income details.

You can confirm if you smoke or have pets and where there are restrictions on these you will be notified.
